Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) are setting the pace for the newest wave of material handling initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Building on the success of our induction, sortation, and palletizing systems, Dorabot is fully committed to being a leader in the delivery of autonomous pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to meet the growing demands of DCs, warehouses, and smart manufacturing.

DoraJack
(Autonomous Pallet Jack)
As a company that’s proficient in palletizing, we know firsthand about the need for swift pallet movement to optimize throughput and efficiency. DoraJack, our autonomous pallet jack, is perfect for moving pallets from one staging area to the next.
For inbound processes, DoraJack can alleviate the backlog of pallets coming out of a trailer that require putaway on racks, cross-docking or staging for any downstream process.
Outbound processes receive numerous benefits from autonomous pallet movement coordinated from end of storage rack aisles to staging areas that support efficient truck loading.
-SLAM navigation
-Smooth acceleration and braking
-Steady pallet unloading
-Dynamic obstacle avoidance
-Collision avoidance
-Hot-swappable batteries
-Auto docking and charging
-Dynamic path planning and task allocation
DoraStacker
(Autonomous Pallet Stacker)
DoraStacker provides an enhanced pallet transportation solution within the warehouse, DC or fulfillment center. Similar to the autonomous pallet jacks, DoraStacker is the right tool for fast steady transportation, but it also adds 1.5 meters of pallet lift for placement and retrieval functions.
As the name suggests, this autonomous stacker can be used to collect and stack empty pallets – and transport a stack of pallets to a palletizing station or storage area.
DoraStackers eliminate delays, errors, and dangerous situations inherent in manual operations. Dorabot’s multi-robot coordination system cuts down transportation time and increases accuracy and efficiency.

-Auto docking and charging
-Dynamic path planning and task allocation
DoraACS
(Autonomous Counterbalance Stacker)
Dorabot’s autonomous forklift with counterbalance is a powerful tool for lifting and transporting heavier pallets – up to 4400 lbs. Like other Dorabot stackers, this AMR is capable of coordinating tasks with other mobile robots and automated systems using Dorabot’s RSS (Robot Scheduling Software).
DoraACS tasks can also be assigned, tracked, and reported via integration with your existing WMS.

DoraART
(Autonomous Reach Truck)
Efficiently retrieve pallets from storage racks, automatically, with a Dorabot autonomous reach truck. An ideal tool for swift movement of pallets in need of transportation to downstream processes, including staging for outbound shipments and introducing materials for induction, sorting, palletizing, or depalletizing.
DoraART is also the right tool for the job when it comes to placing pallets onto storage racks as high as 27 feet (up to 8.5 meters).

-Dynamic obstacle avoidance
-Collision avoidance
-Hot-swappable batteries
-Auto docking and charging
-Dynamic path planning and task allocation
DoraVNA
(Autonomous Very Narrow Aisle Truck)
When it comes to expertly navigating narrow aisles to retrieve or put away pallets, DoraVNA is equipped to get the job done autonomously, freeing up operators to tackle other high-level tasks.
Dorabot’s autonomous very narrow aisle trucks can be scheduled to coordinate operations with other autonomous robots using Dorabot’s RSS (Robot Scheduling Software).

-Tight turning radius
-Pallet putaway and retrieval in narrow aisle storage rack environments
-Dynamic obstacle avoidance
-Collision avoidance
-Hot-swappable batteries
-Auto docking and charging
-Dynamic path planning and task allocation
DoraMOMA (R&D)
Meet Dorabot’s MObile MAnipulator - MOMA. Looking forward, it’s clear that there’s a ubiquitous need for dextrous and powerful pick and place systems that are also mobile.
Featuring autonomous detection, planning, navigation, obstacle avoidance, and charging, DoraMOMA can be equipped with a DoraHand and other novel end-of-arm tools to complete difficult tasks such as grasping, transportation, and assembly.
The current version, in R&D, is most frequently guided by remote control, with instructions placed through the terminal. This unique robot has powerful expansion capabilities, including the ability to cooperate with other mobile robots and integrate with various automated systems (such as conveyors).
